Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out which size is right for you. Our customer service department will be happy to send you the corresponding sizing charts. Do not forget to locate your sport to see the measurements that correspond to your size, as each sport has a different pattern.

If you have confirmed an order for customized sportswear, a complete sizing sample can be sent to you to fit all the members of your team, club, or association. Do not hesitate to ask for it if you need it.

To ensure that our products respect your corporate identity as much as possible and are tailored to your club's needs, we offer the following options:

• Put yourself in the hands of our design department. It is the most advisable option. Send us your logos, colors, and preferences regarding the composition of the product and our designers will develop a sketch that represents your identity with a unique and exclusive design. The design will be presented within a maximum of 3 days. A maximum of 2 design proposals will be made free of charge. Once the quotation is approved, all necessary modifications will be made. For complete product lines, only the design of the most representative equipment will be carried out. The rest of the line will be developed once the budget and design are approved.

Logos for sublimation designs must be sent in vector formats: FH, AI, CDR, or EPS, as well as in JPG to check that they match the original logo. If vectorized logos are not available, an image in JPG format must be sent with a minimum quality of 300 dpi and a legible size to be able to trace the image. Vectorization of logos will be valued separately.

All orders for customized garments placed through ordinary commercial channels will be manufactured from the date of order confirmation.

Orders for customized garments placed through the CUSTOM SHOP on the website www.mobelsport.com will be manufactured as of the indicated closing date of the period, and in compliance with the delivery deadlines pre-agreed with the administrator.

Once an order is confirmed, our customer service department will contact you to inform you about the service date of the order. This information will be reflected in a confirmation email that will be sent one week after the order confirmation.

Domestic shipping costs for orders of customized sportswear, whose amount (taxable amount) exceeds 400€, will be paid by Mobel Sport.

For national orders under 400€ (taxable base), shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be sent by the company contracted by Mobel Sport.

To confirm an order and start production, the following documents are required.

• Budget approval.
• Design template approved by the client. The accepted design version shall be indicated.
• An order form. A document that includes the customer's fiscal data and the list of sizes, and quantities, as well as the description of the products to be manufactured.
• Bank proof of advance payment. For any customized order, 50% of the total order amount is required for order confirmation.

• The minimum order for sublimation designs is 10 units per garment or model, excluding accessories. For orders from 1 to 9 units, please consult special conditions.
• Male and female patterns of the same design count as two different models.
• Estimates indicated for standard sizes (from XS to XXL). For special sizes, please consult us.

For custom sportswear jobs, payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment upon order confirmation. The advance payment will be made by bank transfer. Proof of payment is required to be sent by email to pedidos@mobelsport.es for order confirmation and order start-up.
• The remaining 50% shall be paid in advance before the goods are shipped.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any customized item once the order has been confirmed and the production process has begun, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
