REBAJAS BLACK DAYS
Como excepción, para todas las compras realizadas durante la campaña Black Days (del 8 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre), se dispone de un plazo máximo de 30 días desde la fecha de recepción para devolver o cambiar de talla un artículo.
RETURNS
Se dispone de un plazo máximo de 15 días desde la fecha de recepción para devolver un artículo. Los productos personalizados de la tienda Custom no podrán ser devueltos tras su compra. Solo aceptamos devoluciones de artículos en su embalaje original, que mantengan las etiquetas incluidas y respetando las condiciones de ser un producto nuevo, sin marcas de uso ni lavado. Todos los productos serán supervisados por nuestro departamento de calidad. Los gastos de envío por la devolución del pedido correrán a cargo del cliente. Recomendamos realizar el envío de la devolución mediante el servicio de MAIL service of your country, the fastest and cheapest option.
Once the package is received at Mobel Sport and verified that it is in perfect condition, without marks of use or washing, and with the original packaging and labels, we will proceed to the cancellation of the order. All returns will be managed within a maximum period of 10 days from receipt at the address of Mobel Sport and then the full amount of the product will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
How is it done?
1º Send an email to the address atcliente@mobelsport.es indicating your name and surname, the order reference number, and the reason for the return. This email will be answered by our customer service department to confirm the return.
2º Prepare the package with the item to be returned, without marks of use or washing, with the original packaging and labels and send it to the address:

3º After receiving the package and supervising the article by our quality department with a positive result, we will proceed to make the payment of the amount of the purchase to the customer. These processes can take up to a maximum of 10 days from the reception of the package to the reimbursement of the money.
SIZE CHANGE
Se dispone de un plazo máximo de 15 días desde la fecha de recepción para cambiar de talla un artículo. Los productos personalizados de la tienda Custom no podrán ser cambiados de talla tras su compra. Solo aceptamos cambios de talla de artículos en su embalaje original, que mantengan las etiquetas incluidas y respetando las condiciones de ser un producto nuevo, sin marcas de uso ni lavado. Todos los productos serán supervisados por nuestro departamento de calidad. Los gastos de envío por el cambio de talla del pedido correrán a cargo del cliente. Recomendamos realizar el envío del cambio de talla mediante el servicio de MAIL service of your country, the fastest and cheapest option.

Any size change will be processed within a maximum period of 4 days from receipt at Mobel Sport's address and then the full amount of the product will be refunded to the customer, using the same method of payment used for the purchase. If we do not have the new size requested, our customer service department will inform you to opt for another similar item or a full refund of the amount.
How is it done?

2º Prepare the package with the item to be returned for SIZE CHANGE, without marks of use or washing, with the original packaging and labels and send it to the address:

3º After receiving the package and supervising the article by our quality department with a positive result, we will proceed to make the payment of the amount of the purchase to the customer. 4º Once you have received the payment of the amount, re-enter the online store and place a new order of the same item selecting the new size. If you prefer, you can also make a new purchase while the return of the wrong size is being processed, but you will have to pay the amount of the new garment in the online store as a new purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In Mobel Sport, all our products are manufactured in our Spanish factories and are subjected to a refined production and quality control process that complies with the most demanding controls. Nonetheless, on rare occasions, a manufacturing defect may occur.
If you believe that your received product has a manufacturing defect or breakage, please contact Mobel Sport by sending an email to atcliente@mobelsport.es indicating your name and surname, the reference number of the order, and the reason DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, as well as attaching one or more photographs showing the defect.
As soon as the email is received, it will be attended by our customer service department to evaluate the defect and indicate to the customer the steps to follow for its return.
RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CASE OF:
- Returns or exchanges of used items are not accepted.
- Returns or exchanges of toiletries, socks and/or hygienic masks are not allowed for health and hygiene reasons.
- To accept the return of any product that included a gift item, both products must be returned. If the gift item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the return credit.
