SHIPPING INFORMATION:

The CUSTOMER must indicate the shipping address in their customer data. The shipment will be made by home delivery through a courier service. MOBEL SPORT is not responsible for any costs that may be caused by an incomplete or incorrect shipping address by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are not included in the prices offered at mobelsport.com/tienda. These costs will vary depending on the shipping destination. The CUSTOMER will be automatically informed of the amount in each case when filling in the shipping address fields in the online store itself.

Shipping costs will be free for purchases over €50 on the peninsula.

PAYMENT METHODS:

I pay with credit card. At MOBEL SPORT you can use the following credit and debit cards as payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Internacional.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for products we have in stock; except if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday which may be delayed to 72 hours max.

RETURNS:

The CUSTOMER will have a period of 15 business days from receipt of the order to return the purchased product.

VALID REASONS TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

If the product delivered to the CUSTOMER is different from the one requested.
If the product delivered is defective, damaged or in poor condition.
In these cases, the products will be replaced at no cost to customers residing in Spain. Customers outside of Spain must be responsible for the collection and shipping costs. The CUSTOMER must indicate in writing by sending an e-mail to the address atcliente@mobelsport.es specifying the order reference and attaching clear images of the erroneous garment or defective part. Once we receive this information we will proceed to send you the correct product again and an exchange will be made with the courier. The CUSTOMER must have the product to be returned prepared in the same condition in which it was received.

If, on the other hand, the CUSTOMER wants a refund of the purchase money, they must send us the product to this address:

In this case the shipping cost is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Once the product is returned and when it arrives at MOBEL SPORT, it will be examined to ensure that it meets the return conditions detailed above. If everything is correct, MOBEL SPORT will proceed to credit the purchase amount to the card with which the order was placed.

RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CASE OF:

  • Returns or exchanges of used items are not accepted.
  • Returns or exchanges of toiletries, socks and/or hygienic masks are not allowed for health and hygiene reasons.
  • To accept the return of any product that included a gift item, both products must be returned. If the gift item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the return credit.
