The next edition of the Mobel Sierra Espuña Cycle Race will be held on Sunday 19th June, starting and finishing at the Paraje del Monasterio de Santa Eulalia, known as La Santa de Totana.

Registration is now open for the 4th edition of the Mobel Sierra Espuña, organised by the Club Ciclista Santa Eulalia and Mobel Sport. With a route of almost 110 km, medium and high mountain, its main protagonist is Sierra Espuña and the towns that surround it: Totana, Alhama de Murcia, El Berro, the high districts of Lorca, Aledo and the orchards of Totana.

The start is scheduled for 8.30 am from the Monastery of Santa Eulalia (Totana) and the finish line will be located at the Alto del Jumero (Montysol) and then continue with a short descent to the same place of the start, in the Santa de Totana. Around 500 cyclists have gathered in each of the previous editions of 2016, 2017 and 2019 to enjoy a great cycling challenge cycling through spectacular surroundings: Sierra Espuña and its towns, with the mythical ascent to the Alto del Collado Bermejo - Cima Marco Pantani PM 1st Cat. The usual training area for great cyclists from Murcia such as Alejandro Valverde, Luis León Sánchez, Antonio Jesús Soto or Rubén Fernández.
The ideal setting for a new challenge for all those cyclists who wish to experience the beauty of these Murcian roads with their great cycling tradition, as well as their toughness.
The organisation and logistics of the event have the experience of the Club Ciclista Santa Eulalia, which ensures total control of the event and a guarantee for the safety and enjoyment of all cyclists. The route will be perfectly coordinated with the Guardia Civil de Tráfico and fully signposted, a structure like the best cycle touring marches. The route will have mechanical assistance vehicles, two refreshment stations, two free timed sections and a meal at the end of the race for all participants. In addition, the La Santa de Totana site has a large parking area and recreational areas and a cafeteria.
Entertainment and fun are guaranteed.
